As a Prospective Partner of PhaseNet Innovations Ltd. or user of any of our products and services, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website or any of PhaseNet Innovations’ platforms (Products/Services), inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or any of our products and services shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of The Federal Republic of Nigeria and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree to indemnify PhaseNet Innovations Ltd. and its affiliates and hold PhaseNet Innovations Ltd. harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability

PhaseNet Innovations Ltd. is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website, products or services.

PhaseNet Innovations Ltd. reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between PhaseNet Innovations Ltd. and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will not be allowed for rendered services.

2. Refund requests regarding any deposit will be considered according to the relevant refunding policies of the respective payment service provider.

3. In case of refund processing, we will cancel all respective bonuses and credits connected with the amount being refunded.

4. In case any transaction is considered by either us or the respective payment service provider to carry an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons, we will initiate refunds for all such transactions back to the respective payment account and notify all the appropriate authorities and parties.
